Our hearing aids are easy to adjust to provide exactly the hearing support you need (up to 70 dB). If you're not sure how much you need, simply start with the lowest setting and slowly adjust the hearing aid until you can hear normally again.
Adjustment is very simple and takes only 30 seconds thanks to the integrated adjustment button and the included adjustment tool. If the adjustment aid is lost or broken, we will replace it for free.
In addition to the adjustment and noise cancellation, your order comes with 3 pairs of eartips/eartips in different sizes to perfectly fit your ears. This ensures an extremely comfortable fit that lasts all day

Simply remove and gently clean the earplugs with a cotton swab to remove any earwax, dirt, or hair that may be blocking the sound path. Keep it away from water and charge it every night to ensure optimal performance.
